A Message Regarding Attorney Ponce D. Clay

Ponce D. Clay, founder of The Benkel Co., was recently appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer to serve as Judge of the 36th District Court in Detroit.
This appointment fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Donald Coleman and runs through January 1, 2027.

In accordance with his new judicial responsibilities, Judge Clay is prohibited from providing legal advice or representation during this term.
